How it is calculated
We compare, criterion by criterion, what you are / seek and what they are / seek. Each criterion has a weight. The score is the average of those alignments (“no preference” is ignored; unanswered fields count as a mismatch).
What weighs most
• Role fit - shared roles (the strongest signal)
• Location and work mode - proximity; remote / hybrid / flexible reduce how much city matters, without removing it
• Timing - availability and when you can start
• Project fit - stage, ambitions, experience, investment capacity
What weighs less
• Product type
• Industry
• Photo or logo on the card (visibility boost: a card with a visual ranks higher)
• Recent activity on the card (light boost)
Not in the score (still on the card)
• Free text (headline, description, career highlights)
• Revenue - indicative only
A high score means strong alignment. A lower score means gaps on important criteria. Always read the profile: the score guides, it does not decide for you.
