5. Recipients

Your card data (other than direct contact details) is visible to other members according to the visibility you chose (public or private).

Your direct contact details (phone if provided, email, LinkedIn, website) are visible to you and to Pro members. They do not appear on the indexed public profile.

Messages in a match conversation are accessible only to the two participants. This messaging is open without a Pro subscription.

We use processors acting on our behalf, in particular for authentication, data hosting, payments, transactional email, and site hosting. These providers process your data only on our instructions and under appropriate contractual terms.

If you accept the Meta pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives these browsing events (pages viewed, sign-ups, checkout starts, subscriptions). They do not include your name, your email, or your card id.

6. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings, your data is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable legal retention periods (including accounting records).

Some data may be kept temporarily in technical backups before final purge.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability regarding your data, within the limits provided by law.

You may exercise these rights from Settings (edit or delete account) or by writing to contact@lebonassocie.fr. We will respond within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (secure authentication, access control, encrypted communications) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.

9. Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

When the Meta pixel is accepted, Meta may process these events outside the European Union, including in the United States. This transfer relies on your consent and on the Standard Contractual Clauses accepted by Meta.

10. Cookies and trackers

The Platform uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service (session, authentication). These cookies do not require consent.

Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics. This tool does not set cookies, does not track visitors across websites, and does not require consent. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous. URL parameters are not sent.

With your consent, the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies to measure conversions and show ads for the Platform. Until you accept, this pixel is not loaded. Refusal prevents these cookies and any send to Meta. You can change your mind at any time from the Cookies link in the footer or from Settings.

11. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or regulation. The date of the latest update is the publication date on this page.
