Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms of Sale") govern subscription to and use of the Pro plan offered on lebonassocie.fr (hereinafter the "Platform"), published by LE BON ASSOCIE (SAS).

They supplement the Terms of Use. By subscribing to Pro, you accept the Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale.

The Pro subscription provides access, for the subscribed period, to premium features including in particular: access to direct contact details, seeing who liked you, advanced search filters, and engagement statistics on your card.

The detailed feature list may evolve; features shown on the Platform at the time of subscription prevail.

Pro is offered in several billing periods (monthly, quarterly, annual). Applicable prices are those displayed on the Platform at the time of subscription.

Prices are as stated at checkout (VAT inclusive where applicable, depending on LE BON ASSOCIE's tax status).

LE BON ASSOCIE may change prices for new subscriptions; ongoing subscriptions remain billed at the rate agreed for the period already paid.

When a free trial is offered at checkout, a payment card is required. Exact terms (duration, included features, first charge date, automatic conversion to a paid subscription) are shown on the checkout page.

At the end of the trial, the subscription renews automatically according to the chosen plan, unless cancelled beforehand from Settings before the trial ends.

Payment is processed via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Accepted payment methods are those offered by Stripe at the time of transaction.

Subscription is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email may be sent to you.

LE BON ASSOCIE does not store your full bank details; payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The subscription runs for the chosen billing period (month, quarter, or year) and renews tacitly at each term unless you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from Settings via your subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Pro access until that date.

No pro-rata refund is due for the started period, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you generally have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal from subscription.

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply when performance of the service has begun with your express agreement before the end of the withdrawal period. By subscribing and immediately accessing Pro features, you request immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal for the period already consumed.

LE BON ASSOCIE undertakes to provide access to the described Pro features, subject to maintenance and inherent technical limits of an online service.

LE BON ASSOCIE's liability is limited to amounts paid by the user for the Pro subscription over the preceding twelve (12) months, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
